Rain plans that actually work
Most rain disasters are not caused by rain. They are caused by a decision made too late.
We hold the covered alternative on the same booking as the outdoor space, so nobody is negotiating with a venue on the morning of the wedding. We set a decision hour — usually four hours before the ceremony — and whoever holds that decision makes it then, not later. Guests are told once, through one channel, and the timeline does not move.
We also design the backup to be worth having. A ballroom with the chairs turned the other way is not a plan; a sala with the same flowers, the same lighting and the same view of the sea is. If the covered option is somewhere you would be disappointed to end up, we change the venue rather than hope for sunshine.
