Time. Nobody is watching the clock on a shared function room, the party ends when you decide, and the people closest to you sleep where the wedding happens.

Almost everything arrives: kitchen, power, staff, furniture, bathrooms and often a noise curfew set by the neighbours. That is planning work, and it is the part we do.

What couples ask us
- Is a villa cheaper than a hotel?
- Not automatically. The rental can be lower, but catering, staff, hire items and power are then all separate lines. We compare both honestly before you commit.
- How late can the music run?
- It varies by property and neighbourhood. We get the limit in writing from the villa before booking, rather than discovering it on the night.
- How many guests fit comfortably?
- Comfort usually runs out well before the stated capacity. We plan to the space that seats and feeds everyone properly, not to the maximum number on paper.
